Experienced PMO for Leading Global Company – Business Projects Management

A successful global company is seeking an experienced PMO to lead business projects.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading international organization in a key cross-organizational role, involving responsibility for managing and driving business projects, supporting the sales teams, analyzing customer data, and coordinating tasks with global interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate cross-organizational business projects
• Provide ongoing support to sales teams in their activities with customers
• Assist in managing global distributors
• Lead collaborations between the parent company and its subsidiaries worldwide
• Collect, analyze, and manage business information from existing and potential customers
• Prepare management reports and periodic work plans
• Work closely with internal and external interfaces, both in Israel and abroad
• Initiate and improve processes that support growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (at minimum) in Industrial Engineering & Management / Business Administration / Management – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience as a PMO in global companies – mandatory
• Broad business and marketing understanding, with strong data analysis and insight generation skills
• Very high level of English (both written and spoken) – mandatory
• Ability to work independently in a complex, multi-interface and multi-tasking environment
• Strong decision-making skills, problem-solving abilities, and a systemic view
• Willingness to travel abroad
