Team Lead – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and people-oriented IAM Team Lead to join our Identity Management team.

Who we are:

We are the central team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of user identities and access permissions, as well as the core infrastructure supporting employee identity management.

Our mission includes designing, customizing, and maintaining processes and systems that provide innovative, scalable solutions in the identity space. We support internal stakeholders across the organization and lead initiatives involving advanced authentication and smart access solutions.

What you'll do:

You’ll lead a professional team focused on IAM solutions — both technically and personally — with a broad, cross-organizational perspective.

The role includes responsibility for IAM processes and infrastructure, implementation of security policies, and integration with core enterprise systems.

As the team lead, you’ll define the future IAM strategy, lead projects, establish standards and best practices, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain a high level of service for operational and business needs.

You will work in a highly collaborative environment, managing multiple interfaces across departments and units.

What you bring:

• Previous management experience – required
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the IAM/Identity Management domain – required
• Broad technological understanding of enterprise IT environments
• In-depth knowledge of IAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, ISIM, or similar)
• Proven experience managing complex processes and working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong service orientation, self-motivation, and a strategic mindset
• Innovative approach and a drive to solve complex challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for team development
