Who we seek:

We’re looking for a Senior UX and Product Design Manager to join our fast-growing UX and Product Design group. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine product strategy, creative vision, and hands-on execution.
You’ll guide a team of experienced and super-talented designers to build powerful, human-centered experiences in complex domains.
We’re looking for a strong design leader who thrives on solving complex problems, inspires teams through action, and knows how to scale product experiences and creative UX processes.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and grow a talented team of UX and product designers across key product areas.


• Define and maintain high design standards across the product experience to ensure clarity, consistency, and innovation.


• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to translate complex data challenges into intuitive and elegant user experiences.


• Own the full design process from discovery and concept to high fidelity prototyping and delivery.


• Align design direction with business goals and user needs through data-informed decision making.


• Foster a culture of creativity, inclusion, transparency, and continuous learning.

What you’ll bring:

• 8+ years of experience in UX and product design, with at least 4 years in a design leadership or management role (Leading 3 or more designers).


• Proven experience designing for complex systems, enterprise platforms, or data-intensive products


• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design systems, is a must . AI orientation (knowledge and experience) is a plus.


• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with design systems, including building, maintaining, and scaling them, is a must.


• An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates deep UX thinking, intelligent design execution, and impactful product work is a must.


• Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and guide design direction.


• A team-first mindset with emotional intelligence, curiosity, and creative problem-solving ability.


• A strategic and user-centered approach that connects design execution to product and business impact.


• Deep understanding of user experience research, including the ability to guide, integrate, and act on UXR insights throughout the design process.

Advantages:

• Experience in cybersecurity, AI and data infrastructure.


• Background in accessibility, inclusive design, or global UX.


• Knowledge in software development processes with deep technical experience.
