We at the Cloud Telephony team are on a mission to revolutionize communication by enabling AI-powered voice solutions for consumers and businesses through the Truecaller platform. Our focus is on creating cutting-edge cloud telephony solutions that enhance the daily communication experience for hundreds of millions of users worldwide. Millions of users around the world will directly improve their daily interaction with their phone.

The impact you will create

• Cut cost-per-minute and time-to-market simultaneously.
• Deliver a weekly drumbeat of new countries live on Assistant V2.
• Ensure first-90-day retention and NPS stay above target in every launch wave.
• Provide leadership with a single source of truth for global rollout health.
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience in telco operator relations, CPaaS, or voice product launches; bonus for multi-country experience.
• Proven pricing and contract negotiation chops comfortable shaving cents off per-minute rates at scale.
• Hands-on program management toolkit (Jira, critical-path thinking) and the bias to ship fast.
• Data curious: SQL / Sheets / BI dashboards for quick cohort or funnel slicing.
• Experience hiring & supervising remote testers/freelancers.
• Clear communicator across time zones; fluent in business English (extra languages welcome).
  
  

It would be great if you also have

• Familiarity with conditional call-forwarding standards (GSM, CDMA, VoLTE).
• Background in voice-AI or multilingual QA.
• Comfortable presenting to C-suites or boards on go-to-market status.
