What You'll Do

Lead a wide range of talent profiles, from Go-To-Market (Customer Success ,Sales,Marketing) through Product and R&D functions
Partner with stakeholders to consult and become trusted advisors on all aspects of hiring
Be a talent magnet - someone all talent wants to connect with
Champion an exceptional candidate experience - ensuring every interaction reflects our customer-obsessed mindset
Data-driven recruiting - discovery of these golden nuggets that will make all the difference

What you'll gain?

What You Have

5+ years of experience recruiting end-to-end in medium to high scale hi-tech companies
Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
Proven experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews
Ability to influence stakeholders by providing data-driven insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Previous experience with Greenhouse
Advanced Proficiency with AI tools
