We are looking for a Senior Radio QA and Validation TeamLeader to design and execute advanced testing procedures, analyze performance, and ensurethat RF systems meet design and regulatory standards.

What you'll do:

• Manage team of Radio Validation engineers located in several R&D sites
• Design, implement and execute advanced test procedures for 2G/4G/5G Base Stations to validate performance and reliability.
• Analyze Test Results to identify performance issues and ensure systems meet design and regulatory standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, optimizing system functionality and performance.
• Work closely with design, development, and quality teams to address testing requirements and provide insights for improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members.
  
  

What you should have:

• 5 years of working experience as a System tests engineer
• 2+ years of experience a Tech leader/ Team Leader
• Experienced with RF Systems.
• Good Knowledge of coding and scripting languages, such as Python- Mandatory
• Experience with setting up and maintaining of CI / Nightly pipelines
• Knowledge of wireless communication test standards. Familiarity with the cellular test standards of LTE/5G-NR.
• Experienced with RF test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer , Network Analyzer , Signal Generator and automation involved with Test Equipment
• Familiarity with Networking.
• Familiarity with Radio Conformance – Big Advantage
• Experienced with Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills.
  
  

Education

•  B.Sc/BA in Electrical /Computer Science or Communication Engineering.
