About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage short-term, full-cycle projects that bring marketing concepts to life. This role sits within the Business Operations department, which serves as the main point of contact between global marketing, local markets, and production sites. It involves intensive coordination with all stakeholders, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with the Commercialization team that leads long-term strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple detailed workstreams simultaneously. This role requires a high level of ownership and the ability to lead projects through complexity and ambiguity while ensuring timely, high-quality execution.

Responsibilities (English)

• Lead end-to-end project management from concept to execution for new product introductions, special editions, and marketing-driven initiatives.
• Coordinate and align between Marketing, Sales, Operations, Planning, Production Sites, Procurement, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery.
• Serve as the point of contact for international markets, understanding local needs and tailoring execution plans accordingly.
• Monitor and track project milestones, proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and lead regular status meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
• Drive operational excellence by creating and implementing best practices and process improvements.
• Ensure tight coordination with the Commercialization team to ensure handshakes between long-term and short-term activities are smooth and aligned.
• Support senior leadership with relevant documentation, project updates, and KPI tracking.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in Project Management or Marketing Operations in a global or matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong detail orientation and the ability to manage highly complex projects with many moving parts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple interfaces (internal and external) under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead without authority.
• High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
• A strong sense of accountability, ownership, and urgency.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
