Senior Product Designer

At EasySend, we’re transforming how businesses create and manage digital customer interactions. Our platform replaces static PDFs and fragmented workflows with dynamic, data-driven digital experiences. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. This is a high-impact role for a designer who is customer-obsessed and thrives on delivering meticulous designs and driving real business outcomes.

About The Role

As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll be the primary owner of EasySend’s UX/UI. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, users, Engineers, and Marketing, driving end-to-end product and feature designs - delivering an amazing user experience and creating value for our customers and their end-users. This role reports directly to the VP of Product.

What You’ll Do

• Design core user flows: Talk with customers, watch session recordings and analytics, map critical tasks, sketch options, and drive buy-in across Product and Engineering.
• Prototype: Turn rough ideas into interactive mock-ups.
• Create polished, high-fidelity screens in Figma: Define every state, interaction, and spec so engineers can build exactly what you designed.
• Use AI tools: To collect and act on user feedback, and design and prototype faster and better.
• Build with PMs and Engineers: Sit in grooming, answer questions, resolve issues during implementation, and check test versions so pixels match the spec.
• Track what ships: Talk with users, monitor performance metrics, and watch session recordings to understand how your designs perform; make changes and optimizations accordingly.
• Keep our design system in shape: Create and expand a modern component library, document how to use it, and make sure every screen feels consistent.
• Make it accessible and performant: Follow WCAG standards, run quick checks, and flag issues early.
• Conduct competitive analysis: Compare our flows to competitors and spot opportunities to copy or come up with better solutions.
• Run design reviews: Share best practices and help PMs and Engineers raise their UX game.
  
  

• Have 5+ years of product-design experience - ideally in world-class SMB or B2B products.
• Have superb design skills, and you know how to use them to drive business outcomes.
• You are resourceful and know how to make things happen.
• Think strategically and execute with urgency - you can see the big picture and sweat the details.
• Communicate clearly - visually, analytically, and verbally (English and Hebrew).
• Love working cross-functionally and driving alignment across diverse teams.
• Are energized by customer problems and laser-focused on solving them.
• Love data: you know how to collect and use quantitative and qualitative data to create better experiences.
• Stay current with AI advancements and think creatively about how to leverage AI in product designs and within product capabilities.
