Strategy Analyst

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for a talented Strategy Analyst to join us on our mission to simplify decision-making for millions!

What You’ll Do?

Responsibilities:

• Lead quantitative + qualitative market research that sizes opportunities, uncovers customer needs and flags emerging trends in finance, B2B software, home & lifestyle and other high‑intent verticals.
• Track the evolving digital marketing landscape, distilling competitive moves into concise intelligence reports and recommendations.
• Partner with Business, Marketing and Product on go‑to‑market plans, category expansions and test‑and‑learn growth initiatives—turning research signals into measurable actions.
• Craft executive‑ready presentations, strategic memos and board materials that make complex analysis easy to grasp.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to co-create shared frameworks and distribute insights that empower everyone
• Champion the use of generative‑AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate research, situational awareness and insight generation.

Requirements:

• 2-5 year of experience in strategy, research, corporate planning, consulting or similar analytical roles.
• Proven track record conducting end‑to‑end research projects, with both numbers and and qualitative evidence.
• Proficient Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and basic data manipulation.
• Familiarity with generative‑AI workflows; eagerness to learn and embed AI tools into day‑to‑day work
• Business-oriented problem solver: you balance analytical rigor with practical thinking to drive decisions that move the needle.
• Exceptional English communication skills—able to craft compelling, grounded stories for multiple audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering, Statistics or a related field (MBA/MSc welcome but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with the U.S. consumer market and/or performance‑based online marketing models (advantage).
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, hybrid business environment.
