We’re Hiring: Field Sales Executive | Manpower Israel – Tel Aviv District
Manpower Israel, a global leader in workforce solutions, is looking for a passionate and driven Field Sales Executive to join our Business Development team.
This is a full-time, field-based role focused on generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and offering tailored recruitment solutions to organizations across sectors.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and approach new business leads (B2B)
- Conduct client meetings and present recruitment solutions
- Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in field sales or B2B business development – required
- Experience selling services or solutions – a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially minded
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree – advantage
- Fluent Hebrew
