Field Sales Executive

We’re Hiring: Field Sales Executive | Manpower Israel – Tel Aviv District

Manpower Israel, a global leader in workforce solutions, is looking for a passionate and driven Field Sales Executive to join our Business Development team.

This is a full-time, field-based role focused on generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and offering tailored recruitment solutions to organizations across sectors.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and approach new business leads (B2B)
• Conduct client meetings and present recruitment solutions
• Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in field sales or B2B business development – required
• Experience selling services or solutions – a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially minded
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree – advantage
• Fluent Hebrew
