We're Hiring: Systems Management & Support Specialist (TIER 2) 🚀

What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Managing and supporting WEB & JAVA-based systems in production and test environments
✅ Deploying new versions and implementing system changes
✅ Troubleshooting complex issues like a detective 🕵️♂️
✅ Working with cutting-edge monitoring tools
✅ Collaborating with amazing internal and external teams
✅ Mentoring first-line support and guiding development teams
✅ Leading implementation of exciting new projects
What We Need From You:
Must-Haves (Non-negotiable):
🔹 2+ years managing Web-based applications
🔹 2+ years with IIS & Tomcat - you know these like the back of your hand
🔹 2+ years with Windows Server infrastructure
🔹 1+ year with monitoring tools: Network Monitor, Wireshark, Process Monitor
🔹 1+ year with SCOM, AppDynamics, Elasticsearch & Kibana
🔹 1+ year handling SSL certificates and encrypted communications
🔹 1+ year scripting with Batch/PowerShell (or both!)
🔹 Solid experience with MSSQL databases
🔹 Minimum 2 years with Microsoft & Linux infrastructures
