Mobile Architect

We are looking for a Mobile Architect to take full ownership of advanced banking mobile applications. This role involves working closely with multiple development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead software architecture design and make critical technological decisions throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop new features end-to-end using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit, and Kotlin/Compose, with a strong focus on clean, maintainable code
• Guide and mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in code quality and testing
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and continuously improve test automation (unit & UI)
• Work closely with Product, UX, and QA to optimize development processes and bring ideas to life
• Improve app performance, identify bottlenecks, and utilize analytics to deliver a smooth user experience

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience developing mobile applications in Swift and/or Kotlin
• Deep understanding of mobile application lifecycle, proven experience in designing large-scale mobile systems, and managing app deployments and certificates
• Strong knowledge of modularization and modern mobile architectures (e.g., MVVM, VIPER)
• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI, UIKit, and Compose, including writing robust unit and UI tests
• Ability to lead without authority – this is a key, high-impact role requiring ownership, decision-making, and leadership in planning and developing new features

Advantages:

• Experience with SPM, third-party/open-source libraries, and JFrog
• Knowledge of hybrid development using KMP or React Native
• Proficiency in performance profiling and using tools like Firebase Analytics
• Contributions to the open-source community or experience writing tech blogs or giving tech talks
