" Hamazpen – Shutafim Laderech " is a debt investment financing body - operating similar to a bank, but with an entrepreneurial, tailored approach and a broad business vision.

They not only finance - they also accompany private companies in the economy to success, as a true business partner.

Together with them, they build growth solutions, business plans, and strategies that bring results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Financial and business analyses for private companies (middle market) in a variety of sectors in the economy.
• Building business plans tailored to growth, acquisitions and development.
• Planning debt investments and formulating financing solutions according to changing needs.
• Ongoing business support - working with entrepreneurs, CEOs and controlling shareholders.
• Significant teamwork in a changing, independent and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration/Accounting
• 2-4 years of experience as an economist or analyst
• Experience in at least one position in the economic/financial/accounting firm field – an advantage
• Experience in the field of analysis/valuation/corporate finance – an advantage
• Ability and broad business thinking – a must
• Ability to lead tasks and people and work with senior executives
• Personal resilience, mental flexibility and the ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
• A presentable appearance and willingness to work on an intensive job that includes travel
