Responsibilities

• Perform all activities related to accounts payable, including recording invoice, reviewing and processing payments to suppliers and credit card reconciliation.
• Manage all aspect of the subsidiaries accounts (mainly bank reconciliation & VAT accounts)
• Monthly closing, including monthly report and analysis on relevant accounts
• Manage intercompany transactions for monthly and quarterly consolidated financial close processes.
• Full ownership on the company PayEm cards, approval and reconciliation
• Assist with ad hoc tasks.
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper
• At least 3 years of proven bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in hi-tech global companies
• Proficiency in NetSuite – mandatory
• Professional level English - ability to communicate with customers and suppliers abroad
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
