• Native or near-native English proficiency – excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions
• Deep knowledge of global digital advertising platforms and media buying strategies
• Experience running performance campaigns in highly competitive verticals
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results under pressure
