I’m searching for an experienced technical co-founder, and a true partner, to help lead this revolution and build something truly extraordinary, together. 

This is a high-equity, no-salary, full time founding role.

The Opportunity

Every month, millions of sales teams return from trade shows - only to spend days, sometimes weeks, buried in manual work: copying notes, updating spreadsheets, researching leads, importing and enriching data, assigning ownerships, and preparing follow-ups. 

We’re building a platform that replaces weeks of manual, repetitive work with automation and AI - enabling millions of sales teams to become 10X faster, more relevant and effective, during and between the shows.

Our target market is a combination of almost 5M annual exhibitors (who are exhibiting multiple times per year), together with about 30M sellers who attend trade shows without a booth. 

The problem has been validated with tens of companies and teams, we have a working MVP, a successful pilot, and we are currently in the process of securing several design partners.

I have 12+ years of experience helping startups across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, gaming, and retail build scalable growth engines - with tradeshows serving as a key growth channel.

I’ve led GTM efforts as a founder, agency owner, and executive - driving 1000%+ growth across multiple companies, generating hundreds of millions in pipeline, and guiding strategic pivots that shaped company trajectories. 

Me and my teams experienced the pain of messy tradeshow workflows firsthand, spent years finding workarounds, and I am now building the solution I always wished existed.

Must-Haves:

• Zero-to-One Product Builder - You’ve built B2B products from scratch in early-stage startups and managed their evolution and hyper-growth post PMF
• Proven Technical Leadership - You’ve hired and led top-tier engineering teams, built strong cultures, and made hard trade-offs under pressure
• Hands-On Full-Stack Engineer - You’ll be our early tech team - building web/mobile apps, owning architecture, infrastructure, integrations, and everything in between - and you’re excited about that!
• AI-Native Coder - You’re fluent in leveraging modern AI tools and frameworks to accelerate development and boost engineering velocity
• Business-Awareness - You get the business context. You balance speed with stability and make decisions with outcomes in mind
• Founder Mindset - You’re scrappy, fast, and action-oriented. You take full ownership of problems, lead the way, and get things done
