About the Role:

We're looking for an IT Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and helpdesk environments. You'll provide technical support, manage systems and tools, and be part of impactful IT projects. This is a hybrid position based in Rishon Lezion.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets via email, phone, or in person
• Manage Windows/macOS systems, Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD
• Support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Teams
• Onboard new employees and manage IT access
• Troubleshoot network issues (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN)
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Use tools like Intune, ManageEngine, Jamf

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support/helpdesk – a must
• Solid knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools
• Basic scripting experience – advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with VMware/firewalls – advantage
• Relevant certifications (MCSE, etc.) – advantage
