We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of construction projects from concept to completion
- Lead planning teams and oversee the preparation of all execution materials
- Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Supervise on-site work, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met
- Coordinate construction and procurement across multiple internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- Civil Engineer / Building Engineer / Practical Engineer / Architect with 3–5+ years of experience - a must
- Strong skills in technical and financial negotiation – this is a must
- Background in labs, pharma, or healthcare construction – a strong plus
- High-level proficiency in English
