We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales to lead our sales operations across pneumatics, vacuum systems, industrial sensors, and vision technology divisions. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth for a market-leading company representing world-class global manufacturers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and scale our complete sales organization across multiple product divisions
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of product managers, technical sales engineers, and inside sales professionals
• Drive strategic partnerships with leading international manufacturers
• Oversee major deal negotiations and provide technical sales leadership
• Build and execute sales strategies for local and international markets
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top sales talent

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record managing industrial sensor sales teams - Required
• Experience in pneumatics/vacuum systems sales leadership - Strong advantage
• Demonstrated success managing local market sales operations
• Strong business acumen with market analysis and strategic account management
• Experience with budget management and large-scale project oversight
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for domestic and international clients
• Proficiency with CRM and BI systems
• Engineering or Business Management degree required
• Fluent English essential
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
