As a Hilti Civil Field Engineer, you’ll be the trusted advisor to architects, engineers, and design professionals – influencing projects from the earliest stages of planning.

You’ll bring Hilti’s cutting-edge solutions to life, offering expert technical support, introducing innovative software, and driving specifications that set the industry standard.

This is a dynamic, field-based role – where no two days are the same.

What does the role involve?

• Consulting costumers on structural anchoring and MEP systems
• Presenting engineering calculations and value-added solutions
• Supporting job sites, design offices, and technical teams across the country
• Delivering technical training, webinars, and seminars to industry professionals
• Collaborating with local and global teams to tailor the right solution
• Field-based role (company car included), nationwide mobility required

What you need is:

• B.Sc. in Civil / Structural Engineering– Required
• Fluent English and Hebrew – Required
• Sales / marketing experience- Significant advantage
• 1+ years in design or client-facing engineering – Advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable in both technical detail and business-oriented thinking
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STRAP, IdeaStatica – a plus
