Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Beer Sheva is currently seeking applicants for a Cost Analyst for FP&A department.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring effective cost management of the company's financial resources. The ideal candidate will help in the implementation of the cost control policies and procedures while ensuring that they are in line with the company's objectives and goals. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing SAP software solutions in an organization. You will work closely with management and end-users to understand business needs and create customized solutions that align with the organization's overall goals.

Beer Sheva is the capital of the Negev, located in Southern Israel.

The factory in Beer Sheva was established in 1996 in the “Emek Sarah” industrial area and has over 1,000 employees. Vishay Resistors are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

• To conduct periodic checks of financial documents and to be part of preparation of the annual budget while monitoring budget vs. actual vs. prior periods performance.
• To collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend measures to reduce expenses.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management internal & external stakeholders.
• To perform cost-benefit analyses on prospective projects and provide recommendations on their financial feasibility.
• To work with the SAP system in the organization, including documentation of processes, data entry, and reporting.
• To assist with troubleshooting and system support.
  
  

What You Will Bring Along

• Bachelor's degree in Economic /Business Administration/Management and financing- mandatory.
• High level of English- mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience, ideally in manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with SAP software solutions-advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and budgeting procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
