Manufacturing Operations Specialist

A leading defense company is seeking a Production Floor Coordinator to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming parts and ensure timely delivery of missing components to the production line
• Release work orders to the production floor and monitor workflow between stations
• Prioritize tasks and provide solutions to emerging production issues
• Manage and track all active work orders and identify bottlenecks
• Escalate delays or issues to department managers
• Work closely with warehouse teams, planners, production staff, project managers, QA, and department heads

Requirements:

• Practical Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering & Management – mandatory
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a production environment – mandatory
• Previous work experience on a production floor – strong advantage
• Familiarity with SAP – advantage
• Good level of English – required
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
