Supplier Manager

We are looking for an Supplier Manager to join MALT Technologies Plant – Military Aircraft

Division

The position includes:

• Leading procurement processes for strategic suppliers within the division, involving large-scale budgets of millions of dollars per year.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define needs and
• provide optimal procurement solutions, while ensuring production availability.
• Sourcing suppliers and managing the entire procurement process from requirement definition to successful delivery.
• Implementing innovative procurement processes and embedding advanced methodologies to improve KPI performance.
• Managing suppliers using the TURN KEY approach, including tracking and monitoring to meet the plant’s work plans.
• Leading ongoing negotiations for long-term agreements with strategic suppliers an subcontractors in Israel and abroad, achieving significant cost savings.
• Continuously managing risks by addressing technical gaps, quality issues, and supplier logistics risks, while leveraging internal expertise to ensure successful procurement and development processes.
• Managing and prioritizing supplier production lines to meet delivery timelines, reduce costs, and maintain high quality standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Administration Logistics – required
• Master’s degree – an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement and/or subcontractor management – required
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel – required
• Proven experience in negotiation and sourcing processes with a technological and cost-reduction perspective – required
• Understanding of production processes, ability to read technical drawings and specifications - advantage
• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking)
