SALESFORCE DEVELOPER TEAM LEAD

General Description:

We are seeking a Chapter Lead to lead a multidisciplinary team composed of Application Engineers, Implementers, System Administrators, and Data Engineers within the Salesforce platform group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional leadership across the disciplines within the team.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables from team members working in Agile squads.
• Establish and lead knowledge-sharing routines within the team and across the organization.
• Manage and empower human capital — including employee development, training promotion, leading feedback and evaluation processes, initiating recruitment needs, career advancement, and related activities.
• Drive and lead the maturation of technological and business initiatives.

Required Experience, Certifications & Skills:

• Proven experience leading a technical team, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Extensive background in Salesforce development, implementation, and management, with hands-on experience in platform development and application tools such as Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience leading integration and data pipeline initiatives using middleware tools such as APIGEE, Talend, or similar technologies.
• Deep understanding of engineering principles, methodologies, and design patterns, with experience in technical architecture and code reviews.
• Knowledge and practical experience with data engineering tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, and ETL processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce System Architect certification
• Salesforce Application Architect certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
