This is a full-time on-site role for a Test Engineering Manager, located in Karmiel. The Test Engineering Manager will oversee the test engineering team, manage test equipment, and ensure high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of test strategies, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and continuously improving testing processes.

• Proficiency in Test Engineering and Test Management
• Experience with Test Equipment and Quality Assurance
• Strong skills in Engineering Management
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the electronics or power supply industry is a plus
