As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Retention Manager to join our team and take ownership of player engagement and loyalty initiatives.
What You’ll Do
As our Retention Manager, your mission is to maximize player lifetime value, reduce churn, and keep our players coming back for more.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute retention strategies focused on loyalty, re-engagement, and long-term player value
Analyze player behaviour to identify trends and churn risks
Create and manage targeted campaigns, segmented promotions, and bonus flows
Develop and oversee VIP programs with exclusive rewards and personal attention
Optimize multi-channel communication: email, push, SMS, in-app messaging
Collaborate with the marketing, product, design, and support teams to ensure a seamless player journey
Monitor KPIs like retention rate, ARPU, and LTV, and adjust strategy accordingly
Stay up to date with responsible gaming guidelines and compliance standards
What You Bring:
Experience in the iGaming / social casino / online entertainment industry – Must
Proven success managing retention and CRM campaigns
Deep understanding of player segmentation, engagement metrics, and behavioural triggers
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Optimove, Braze, HubSpot, MoEngage)
Strong analytical skills — ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Native or fluent English – Must
Availability for partial overlap with U.S. time zones – Must
Self-starter attitude, ownership mentality, and love for fast-paced environments
