Digital Product Manager

What’s in the Role?

Representing the company with clients, gathering feedback, and managing ongoing communication

Defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value

Collaborating with UI/UX teams to ensure designs meet client needs and technical constraints

Writing clear, actionable product specifications and user stories for development teams

Monitoring development progress, facilitating daily meetings, and addressing blockers

Managing project timelines and budgets while ensuring milestones are met

Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying value opportunities for products

Skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective client management

Proficiency in writing detailed technical specifications and documentation

Strong familiarity with project management tools such as Jira

Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and software development processes

Experience in digital project-based companies or similar industries

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Creativity and innovative problem-solving abilities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Independence and a critical-thinking mindset

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of proven experience in product management, including managing end-to-end web and mobile product development cycles

At least 2 years of experience in managing complex digital projects, including client-facing responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience working with system development methodologies

Hands-on experience with Jira and other project management tools

Proven experience in characterizing complex websites, including personal user areas, mobile applications, and integration with information systems

Deep understanding of customer experience, user interface design, software architecture, and both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructures

Knowledge of basic principles of information security

Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills with multiple teams
