Pontera is seeking an exceptional Entry-Level Financial Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing large datasets, uncovering patterns and insights, and driving operational excellence. You'll also contribute to improving automation and streamlining processes to boost efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

This is a unique entry point into the FinTech space - no prior experience required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and dedicated mentorship to help you grow quickly in your role. • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar) – Required
• Entry-level – No prior experience required
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Fluent English communication skills – A must
• Proficient in SQL - Advantage
