For one of the fastest-growing premium cannabis and hemp brands in America.

A DTC channel ( Direct to Costumer Online shops).

We’re looking for a full-time DTC General Manager to own the Shopify business and scale it. You’ll own strategy and execution across all channels—paid media, email/SMS, CRO, affiliate, influencer, site UX, and fulfillment. You’ll have full ownership and full accountability.

This is a killer opportunity for a DTC operator who wants to build something big, fast, and with a brand that customers are already obsessed with.

What You’ll Own

• Growth & Revenue: Own the P&L and hit revenue/margin goals

• Paid Media: Launch and scale ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.

• Email/SMS: Oversee Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation, and automation

• CRO & UX: Improve conversion, AOV, bundling, upsells, landing pages

• Affiliate & MLM: Expand our ambassador/MLM program into a revenue engine

• Influencer Marketing: Lead creator partnerships and UGC campaigns

• Shopify Ops: Oversee backend, product pages, checkout flow, analytics

• Fulfillment: Manage 3PL/supply coordination and customer experience

• Creative: Collaborate with our in-house team (designer + creative director) to push weekly drops and campaigns
