Frontend Team Lead

The platform allows customers to manage accounts payable and receivable and conduct multi-currency international payments simultaneously.

The product delivers meaningful global impact fostering economic growth, connecting people, and empowering underserved populations. Today, the company serves over 4 million users in 200 countries and supports transactions in more than 150 currencies.

Headquartered in central Israel, the company operates on a hybrid model with three work-from-home days. It employs over 1,500 people worldwide, with around 900 based in Israel.

The role-

• Lead a team of 5 developers working across both frontend and backend
• Take part in hands-on development (10%–20%)
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality
• Design and maintain scalable system architecture
• Identify and solve performance issues
• Research and implement new technologies
• Work with React as the main frontend framework

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in team management – must
• 7 years of experience in Frontend development – must
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following frameworks: React, Angular 2+, or Vue.js – must
• Significant advantage for experience with React
