Assistant Controller

We are looking for a driven and analytical Assistant Controller to join the Finance Division at Bynet Data Communications.

This is a key role for someone eager to be part of complex and impactful financial operations in a dynamic tech organization.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and ISA regulations
• Ongoing interaction with external auditors and valuation professionals
• Support in month-end and period-end close processes and reporting
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for subsidiaries
• Development and management of internal controls and ISOX processes
• Leading automation initiatives to optimize financial information systems

Requirements:

• CPA license
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS
• Experience auditing public companies
• Background in one of the BIG-4 accounting firms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with SB1 – an advantage
• Team player with strong self-learning skills, high motivation, and a tech-savvy mindset
• Hands-on experience with information systems and automation processes – an advantage
