We are looking for a driven and analytical Assistant Controller to join the Finance Division at Bynet Data Communications.

This is a key role for someone eager to be part of complex and impactful financial operations in a dynamic tech organization.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and ISA regulations
Ongoing interaction with external auditors and valuation professionals
Support in month-end and period-end close processes and reporting
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for subsidiaries
Development and management of internal controls and ISOX processes
Leading automation initiatives to optimize financial information systems

Requirements:

CPA license
In-depth knowledge of IFRS
Experience auditing public companies
Background in one of the BIG-4 accounting firms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with SB1 – an advantage
Team player with strong self-learning skills, high motivation, and a tech-savvy mindset
Hands-on experience with information systems and automation processes – an advantage
