Development Group Manager – Web Full Stack (Project-Based Company)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Development Group Manager to lead and manage Full Stack Web development teams at a dynamic technology project company. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves overseeing two team leaders (a total of up to 10 developers), driving the development of complex systems, defining system architecture, and working closely with product managers and business stakeholders to implement advanced development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development group (approx. 8 Full Stack developers), including the professional development of team leaders and engineers.
• Plan and lead the development of complex Web-based systems using Python, React, TypeScript, and APIs.
• Own the architecture, scalability, performance, and code quality of the systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and business teams to define and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Champion and implement modern methodologies and best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Promote technological innovation and continuous improvement in development processes.
• Solve complex problems and make key technological and strategic decisions.
• Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process of new team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a development group, including team leaders.
• Strong hands-on experience developing Web systems using Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience working with and developing APIs.
• Familiarity with Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes – a strong advantage.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, multi-tasking setting.
• Strategic thinking, system-level understanding, strong decision-making skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
