As a Project Manager, you’ll play a central role in coordinating our cybersecurity service engagements - ensuring smooth project execution, clear client communication, and successful collaboration across internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment and brings strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the delivery of cybersecurity service projects from initiation through completion, working closely with tech - delivery teams, sales and customer success function.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project coordination ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
• Track project milestones, resource needs, risks, and changes, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress reporting.
• Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, including scheduling, prep, and documentation of next steps.
• Support proposal and deliverable development in coordination with subject-matter experts (e.g., PowerPoint decks, project plans, summaries).
• Ensure internal tools and systems are updated with the latest project data and documentation.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve service delivery processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within a cybersecurity, tech services, or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, with comfort in client-facing interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong working knowledge of productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; experience with PM tools like Jira, Monday.com or similar is a plus).
• English fluency at a professional level (written and verbal)- essential for working with international clients and teams.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT service delivery processes - Advantage.
