Product Manager

Description

As a product manager, you will dive deep into retail challenges and find where and how AI could be applied to solve them. You will work with business stakeholders, AI researchers, engineers and data scientists to build state of the art solutions for CPGs, retailers and shoppers. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, including product strategy, collecting and analyzing requirements, defining functional specifications, tracking development, QA and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research and product discovery, engage with active/prospective/lapsed customers and partners to understand market needs
• Define the product vision, strategy, requirements and roadmap. Provide MRDs & PRDs where needed.
• Be responsible for new features/products from high-level requirements down to specific tasks for the developers
• Work closely with research, engineering and data teams to solve issues and deliver on the roadmap
• Engage with relevant stakeholders, collect feedback, communicate plans & manage expectations
• Get into the details to ensure we build a world-class product that our consumers and partners love and cannot live without
  
  

• Technical background with bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a product manager in a B2C software company with a track record of developing innovative products, launching quickly with high quality, measuring results and achieving business outcomes (experience in managing AI/ML based products is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
