About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our fast-growing team and lead complex integration projects for our cutting-edge SDK in the gaming space.

This is a hands-on role in a high-pressure, startup environment where priorities shift quickly and uncertainty is part of the day-to-day.

A creative problem-solver who can zoom into the details without losing sight of the big picture, and who brings a can-do attitude, strong independence, and the ability to build solid working relationships.

What You Will Do

• Manage full-cycle integration projects with global game studios, from kickoff to production launch
• Coordinate across internal teams (R&D, QA, Business) and external development partners
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure everyone stays on track
• Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions proactively
• Prioritize tasks, track bugs, and manage integration blockers across multiple stakeholders
• Provide clear and timely status updates, documentation, and escalation when needed
• Work closely with QA to ensure smooth testing and validation processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in gaming, SaaS, or SDK integration
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong understanding of development workflows and software delivery processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, stay focused under pressure, and make decisions in uncertainty
• Creative approach to problem-solving and a strategic mindset that balances detail and vision
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working with external dev partners or contractors – a strong plus
• Fluent English, both written and verbal
