Job Purpose

Strauss Ice Cream is looking for a Marketing Lead to drive its strategic marketing agenda in a dynamic and evolving FMCG manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role within a global organization, offering international exposure and professional growth. The role is pivotal in shaping brand development, innovation, and digital transformation as the company prepares for independent operations in the Israeli market.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Innovation Leadership

• Develop and implement brand and innovation strategies.
• Lead new product development and market expansion initiatives.
• Success metrics: brand equity growth, innovation success rate, speed to market.

Digital, Media & Activation

• Lead digital-first campaigns, media planning, and influencer marketing.
• Ensure consistent and engaging brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.
• KPIs: media ROI, campaign effectiveness, digital reach.

Performance & Commercial Marketing

• Align marketing with sales and e-commerce strategies.
• Make data-driven decisions and foster a culture of experimentation.
• Track campaign-driven sales uplift, conversion rates, and e-commerce share.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with global and local teams including R&D, supply chain, finance, and regulatory affairs.
• Ensure smooth execution and compliance with industry standards.

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
• Promote a culture of growth, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Success indicators: team engagement, talent development, leadership feedback.

Executive Leadership Contribution

• Serve as a key member of the local leadership team.
• Contribute to strategic decisions beyond marketing.
• Provide consumer insights and support broader transformation initiatives.

Consumer Care & Corporate Affairs

• Oversee consumer feedback channels.
• Collaborate with corporate affairs to manage brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor consumer satisfaction, issue resolution, and brand compliance.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 12+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, and innovation within the food & beverage sector.
• Mandatory experience in FMCG manufacturing.
• Fluent English – Mandatory.
• Proven ability to work with suppliers, regulatory bodies, and complex internal stakeholders.
• Strong track record in launching new products and expanding into diverse market segments.
• Executive presence with strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Experience as a member of a senior leadership team.
• Master’s degree – an advantage.
