Strategic Business Development Manager

Teza is building the Operating System for strategic communications and narrative campaigns. We’re looking for a hyper-capable, intellectually athletic operator to drive Strategic Business Development — a critical extension of the CBO and COO on our most valuable partner and client growth initiatives.

This isn’t a conventional BD role. You’ll combine commercial judgment, executional precision, and cutting-edge GenAI fluency.

• Lead and support high-value BD initiatives: partner discussions, deal framing, proposal creation, and narrative design.
• Write, edit, and prompt high-stakes communication using LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc) — from founder voice to brand-aligned decks.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows that accelerate strategic messaging, content packaging, and relationship support.
• Partner with the CBO/COO to shape commercial strategy, track client-facing initiatives, and maintain operational precision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, and executive teams to deliver trusted, GenAI-enabled outputs to external stakeholders.

• Min’ of 2 years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startup ops, or strategy.
• Proven ability to run parallel workstreams in high-trust, high-tempo environments.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) for content creation, prompting, and tone modulation.
• Deep understanding of vibe coding — using GenAI to craft output that matches brand voice, stakeholder mood, or narrative context.
• Impeccable writing, editing, and deck-building skills — human or AI-assisted.
• Native-level English fluency and high emotional/tonal intelligence.
