Sales Lead – Take full ownership of sales in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Sales Lead to take charge of our end-to-end sales operation.

This is your opportunity to lead a global sales function, work directly with marketing, optimize multi-channel funnels, and grow a high-performing team in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

As the Sales Lead, you’ll own the entire sales process – from funnel strategy to demo execution, from CRM setup to team coaching – with full autonomy to shape how we grow.

What you’ll do

• Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel sales funnels across different verticals
• Own the CRM (HubSpot) setup – pipeline tracking, lead scoring, and data insights
• Conduct platform demos and support prospects through their buying journey
• Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs, and implement conversion improvements
• Collaborate closely with marketing on campaign and funnel strategy
• Lead and mentor a growing sales team – set KPIs, run 1:1s, provide coaching
• Develop and refine sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies
• Take on strategic deals and help close complex opportunities

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead or managerial role
• Proven track record with SaaS sales and demo-based processes
• Strong command of English (spoken and written) – most clients are international
• Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot
• Organized, analytical, results-driven, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
