As we grow, we're looking for a hands-on, proactive Junior Marketing Specialist to support our day-to-day marketing operations and help drive our brand forward.

Your Role

As our Junior Marketing Specialist, you’ll report to the Marketing Manager and interact with the broader team to support the execution of marketing activities across channels. This is an operational and detail-focused role, perfect for someone who wants to gain experience in a high-tech B2B company and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Events & Expos: Assist in planning, preparing, and managing logistics for local and international trade shows and events.
• CRM Management: Update and manage contacts, campaigns, and reports in platforms such as Zoho CRM.
• LinkedIn Outreach: Support targeted outreach efforts and maintain structured communication flows.
• Designer & Website Coordination: Liaise with designers and manage small website content updates.
• Presentation Support: Help prepare marketing and sales presentations.
• Marketing Operations: Support various marketing tasks such as asset management, translations, SEO support, and content coordination.

Requirements

• 1+ year of marketing experience or relevant marketing education
• Fluent English — written and spoken (other languages are a plus)
• Ability to work on-site in Rehovot – the office is 100 meters from the train station
• Experience with CRMs like Zoho, Hubspot, or Salesforce is a big advantage
• Experience with WordPress is a big advantage
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles
• Fluency with ChatGPT and AI tools for marketing tasks
• Responsible, thorough, and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile work environment
