Marketing Communications Manager

CI SEMI, a division of CI SYSTEMS, specializes in advanced technologies for the semiconductor industry.

We develop and provide cutting-edge equipment and solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, development, and testing.

We are seeking a strong Market Communications Manager and leader.

The candidate should have experience in the semiconductors chip manufacturing and / or semiconductors equipment industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the company’s global marketing communications strategy (Marcom), including exhibitions, presentations, website, digital channels, social media, newsletters, and customer-facing materials.
• Lead the development of impactful marketing content in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external experts (writers, designers, vendors).
• Strategically manage CRM and marketing systems (e.g., Monday CRM), ensuring efficient lead management and actionable insights for business development.
• Oversee the health and optimization of the marketing database, supporting targeted campaigns and enabling effective sales processes.
• Act as a strategic partner to the sales organization: support lead nurturing, coordination of key customer engagements, and sales enablement activities.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – required    
• At least 2–3 years of experience in MARCOM management within a technology company – required
• Very high level of English (writing, speaking, and reading) – required
• Highly skilled professional with proven abilities to interface with people at all levels
• Familiarity with CRM systems – advantage
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and creativity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of the B2B world and complex technologies
