PMO Cutover & UAT Lead Temporary position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support a large-scale implementation project, combining PMO Cutover responsibilities with UAT support.

Temporary position – approx. 8 months

• Monitor and report on Cutover activities across all departments, ensuring alignment with the project timeline
• Identify risks, delays, and deviations, and escalate key issues to project leadership
• Coordinate resources and activities across multiple stakeholders and teams
• Conduct on-site visits to customer/manufacturing sites in Southern Israel (Be’er Sheva area)
• Manage Cutover risks, including maintaining risk logs and fallback plans
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for PMO and Steering Committee
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Guide business users in selecting End-to-End (E2E) test scenarios
• Support test script creation and refinement
• Plan and manage the UAT schedule
• Document test results and manage defects through resolution

• Experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management within IT / system implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with Cutover activities and/or UAT processes
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Willingness to travel to sites in the Be’er Sheva area as part of the role
• High level of English (written and spoken)
