QA Automation Engineer

What you'll do 

• Be a part of transforming global supply chains by contributing to the development of the company’s next generation of asset intelligence solutions 
• Be part of QA team responsible for both web platform testing and full-system testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables 
• Write and maintain well-designed automated and manual tests to ensure reliable, performance and scalability of our products, following industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, and product, to deliver end-to-end solutions 
• Work with the latest technologies in web development and cloud technologies 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test plans and automated test cases for UI and API applications
• Maintain and extend existing automation frameworks and tools
• Collaborate with developers and product managers
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
• Analyze test results and work with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a QA engineer, including proven experience in test automation
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, documentation and processes, ability to isolate, troubleshoot, and document bugs
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress (Experience with Playwright is an advantage)
• Experience with unit automation testing tools such as Jest, Mocha Chai, and Sinon
• Programming/scripting knowledge in TypeScript
• Experience with API Testing using tools like Postman
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries
• Experience in QA & Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Mobile App testing is an advantage
• Familiarity with PowerShell/bash and Python is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex testing challenges
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
