The Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs is looking for a dynamic Podcast Host & Content Creator to temporarily join our team and lead our media content efforts during a maternity leave period. If you're passionate about current events, especially in Israel, the Middle East, and the U.S., and can craft compelling stories for podcast and social media, we want to hear from you.
🧠 What You’ll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of geopolitics in Israel, the Middle East, and the U.S.
- Excellent public speaking and on-camera presence
- Mother-tongue English proficiency required
- Spoken Arabic - big plus
- Background in journalism is a strong advantage
- Understanding of social media
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Lead the content creation process from concept to execution
- Monitor and respond to breaking news and current events
- Research timely topics and create outlines for podcast episodes and social media
- Book and coordinate with guests
- Write interview questions, scripts, and episode briefs
- Record on camera interviews with high profile guests and influencers
- Work with the editing and social media teams on publishing polished content
- Draft captions and social media posts to drive engagement
