System Implementation and Support Specialist – C4I Systems #1127

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced implementation specialist with a background in C4I (Command and Control) systems to join our leading team. The role combines technical work and customer support, working with both domestic and international clients. It includes responsibility for implementing advanced systems and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain continuous communication with company clients (integrators and end-users) in Israel and abroad
• Collect, analyze, and define user requirements and write functional specifications
• Develop and deliver training sessions on system functionality to clients
• Provide advanced (high-level) technical support and troubleshoot issues
• Represent user needs to the development teams
• Perform system maintenance, version upgrades, and implementation of new modules

Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing C4I or similar systems
• Broad systems perspective and experience in project management – significant advantage
• Ability to analyze systems, implement, test, and train users
• Willingness to conduct client training sessions and demonstrations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work with clients and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• High-level reading and writing skills in both Hebrew and English
• Willingness to travel for work in Israel and abroad – mandatory
• Spanish – significant advantage
