System Administrator

Innocom is seeking a Citrix System Administrator/Integration Engineer with extensive knowledge in Virtualization and digital workspace to join our local Citrix team.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in proactive delivery, spots performance issues, analyzes problems in Citrix Virtual Desktop and Citrix Collaboration products
• Provide technical solutions, support,t and assessment to meet customer/partner needs
• Understands customer/partner requirements for successful project delivery
• Bridge communications between Customer/Partner and the Citrix support team

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure world (Citrix, VMware, Microsoft)
• Knowledge in Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, CA, Kerberos, DNS, and IIS)
• Ability to optimize Group Policy Objects and User Profile
• PowerShell Scripting – an advantage
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator/Integration engineer
• Security clearance - an advantage
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new products and updates
