A large and stable financial company in Bnei Brak is seeking a React Native Team Leader to join as a company employee from day one, working with a strong and professional team.
Role Overview:
The position involves providing technical and professional leadership to the development team, working on complex and innovative projects, and implementing advanced technologies in the mobile domain.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in React Native application development
- At least 2 years of experience managing and leading development teams
- Proven track record in leading large and complex projects
- Advanced experience with Redux for state management in complex applications
- Experience with React Query for server state management
- Proficiency in Reanimated for creating advanced animations and impressive user experiences
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools to accelerate and optimize development
