We are hiring a Development Team Leader to manage a talented group of developers and help shape the architecture of complex web and cloud-based systems.

In this role, you will take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from functional specifications and technical design to development, mentoring, and production deployment.

You will set best practices, lead architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications:

10 or more years of experience in software development

5 or more years as a Development Team Leader managing at least 5 developers

5 or more years of experience with C# and Entity Framework, with deep architectural understanding and hands-on delivery

5 or more years of experience with Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and React, including ORM usage and system architecture

2 or more years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, Cognito, and others

Proven experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD processes and leading complex development efforts
