The platform helps streamline workflows, enhance media quality, shorten time-to-market for new products, reduce operational costs by up to 60%, and increase customer engagement.

The company operates from two sites in central and northern Israel, with a hybrid work model (2 days in-office, 3 days from home). It employs around 400 people globally, including approximately 200 in Israel.

Founded ten years ago, the company reached $100M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) without external funding, until being acquired by Blackstone in 2022, which raised its valuation to $2 billion.

As part of a strong and experienced team of five developers, this role reports to a team lead and includes working closely with clients. The tech stack includes Node.js, Go, and some Ruby, running on AWS with a modern architecture based on Kubernetes and Microservices.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Backend development experience in at least one of the following languages: Ruby, Node.js, or Go
• Experience working with a public cloud environment, preferably AWS
