Product Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist, you will provide professional support to our B2B customers, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our services.

*Who Are We?

We are a SaaS company that provides a marketing automation platform for businesses.

We are working 100% remotely.

Full-time job, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00.

*Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve support tickets related to our platform.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
Guide new customers through onboarding and platform setup.

*Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Support, or Service in a SaaS company - MANDATORY.
Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Ability to explain complex issues in a clear, simple, and friendly way.
