About the Role:

As the Category Manager for Dressings (Hellmann’s & Telma) at UFS, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the category end-to-end – from gathering field insights and shaping marketing strategy to driving innovation, campaigns, and brand growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the category’s marketing strategy
• Lead innovation and new product development
• Collaborate closely with chefs, sales teams, product development, digital marketing, and distribution channels
• Analyze market trends and culinary needs
• Manage annual budgets and work plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration – required
• MBA – advantage
• Experience in brand/product/category management in FMCG companies – required.
• Experience in the food industry – a significant advantage
• Proven experience in budget management and strategic planning
• Digital mindset and familiarity with advanced marketing platforms
• Excellent command of English – required
